Sven! Pipes, handgefertigte Pfeifenkollektion - exklusiv im Pfeifenkonsulat
David Wagner ist mit seiner Pfeifenmarke baff? seit Jahren eine feste Größe in der Pfeifenszene. Das Geschäftsmodell, Pfeifen nach Maß und Kundenwunsch zu fertigen ist höchst erfolgreich und ermöglicht David Wagner ein neues Standbein und die Präsentation seiner neuen Marke "sven!". Das Augenmerk bei sven! liegt, im Gegensatz zu künstlerisch freizügigen baff?-Kreationen, auf ebenso handgefertigten klassischen Shapes, allerdings nach traditionellen Vorgaben. Jährlich werden ca. 80 Stück dieser Marke in limitierter Stückzahl aufliegen und exklusiv im Pfeifenkonsulat erhältlich sein.
Genauso wie bisher verlässt sich der Künstler nur auf hochwertigste Materialien, Bruyère Plateau und Kautschuk oder Acryl für Mundstücke, wobei sowohl Modelle mit 9mm-Filter, als auch filterlose Ausführungen berücksichtigt sind.
Vorgesehen sind fünf Finish-Varianten: glatt, semi, sandgestrahlt, gebürstet und rustiziert. Ebenso wird das Grading-System adaptiert, von D über C, B und A, bis hin zur höchsten Stufe "Superior" für außergewöhnlich schöne Stücke. Jede sven!-Pfeife wird am Holm mit dem sven!-Schriftzug gestempelt und am Mundstück mit einem eingekreisten Rufzeichen verziert.

David Wagner, with his pipe-brand baff?, has been a clear player in the pipe scene for years. The business model manufacturing pipes made to measure and customer's request is most successful and gives David Wagner the possibility to start the presentation of  his  new mark "sven! ". The main focus has been put on handmade classical shapes, specified by classic and traditional shape-charts, contrary to the artistically generous baff?-creations. Approximately 80 pieces of this brand, produced in limited editions, will be annually released and exclusively available in the pipe-embassy.
Just as before the artist relies only on high-quality materials, briar plateau from the usual cultivation areas and ebonite or acryl for mouthpieces, both available with or without 9mm-drilling for filters. Five finish-variants are intended: smooth, semi, sandblast, brushed and rustic. Also the Grading system will be adapted, by D over C, B and A, up to the highest stage "Superior" for extraordinary beautiful pieces. Each sven!-pipe will be branded by the sven!-trademark on the shank and decorated with the exclamation mark on the mouthpiece.
